Former Senior Security Strategist for Return Path Inc., Neil has over 20 years experience in the email field. He was a fully contributing member of the Canadian Task Force on Spam, and co-wrote the resulting Email Marketers’ Best Practices document. Neil also was a contributing member to the U.S. FCC’s CSRIC Working Group on Network Security, is currently the secretary of the Public Policy Committee for the Messaging Anti-abuse Working Group, and has been quoted as a recognized International expert on email policy matters.
